Antwerp Jewellery Week

From the 8th to the 12th of October, I was the only graduate from my school to present work at the AJW Hub. It was the first time that I participated in a big jewellery-only event, and the mix of jewellery from art academies and technical schools provided a wonderful background to many interesting meetings.

Name Change

After graduating as Master Goldsmith in July 2025, transforming my brand "Moon Loves Pearl" to just my name, Sara Roegiers, seemed self-evident.

CREATIVE PROCESS

As a jewellery designer, I am fascinated by the language of symbols and visual metaphors.

I work with the lost wax method, and classic goldsmith techniques to create the Moon Loves Pearl necklaces, rings and earrings.

Working in wax allows me to make sculpted shapes and freestyle fluid forms in sterling silver and gold vermeil.

CUSTOM WORK

A good piece of jewellery has a special meaning for the wearer. Jewellery is a personal means of expression.

I like to think that jewellery that is made to last, connects different generations.

I love to make something out of the ordinary for a special person, a moment to remember and cherish, an amulet to carry with you, an object as rich in meaning and as personal as a tattoo.
